This blog is for fun and enlightenment. I try not to be too crass, too opinionated, too critical or too political as some of these things tend to drive new and old friends away. BUT, I do ask that you be open-minded and understanding in that we are all different and unique human beings who sometimes make the mistake of saying things before we think them through. Live well, laugh often, love much, and by all means, come back soon.

Light Music For The Holiday

The Best Of Candlelight Classics Collection by John Livingston is a CD I came across this week in a small specialty gift shop at the mall. It's not Thanksgiving music but great for filling in. I enjoy good music during family get togethers rather than the noisy TV in the background, but Hubby usually wins and gets the TV blah blah blah noise.

If your family enjoys music rather than noise you may want to give this CD a try. Great songs like Canon in D, The Homecoming, Beauty and the Beast, My Heart Will Go On, Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring. Just a really nice sound. Just a thought.

Sounds like a nice CD. I prefer something like that to the TV, too!

Beautiful new header! Love love! I love the vignette idea, too! I was wondering, though, why none of these cute ideas feature any framed photos by one Ms. Snappy...?

Was chuckling at Anita's most recent post and your reply. I wanted to wish you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving!

We love all kinds of music. Hubby is playing some on his computer right now. He made me guess. I said, "Steeler's Wheel." Nope. But I was close. It was Steely Dan.
