This blog is for fun and enlightenment. I try not to be too crass, too opinionated, too critical or too political as some of these things tend to drive new and old friends away. BUT, I do ask that you be open-minded and understanding in that we are all different and unique human beings who sometimes make the mistake of saying things before we think them through. Live well, laugh often, love much, and by all means, come back soon.
Our rottie, Handsome, tends to cry when he gets tired and it takes him a while to 'give it up' for the evening and go to sleep. Soooo, sometimes we have to raise our voices and tell him, "GO TO SLEEP", which he does. He's just such a baby! Sometimes he'll show his frustration and open his mouth like he wants to say something. This is one of the reasons we call him our cartoon dog. He's so stinkin' funny.
I caught him with his mouth open in an attempt to argue with me so I snapped his photo. That'll teach him!
So cute!!! I have to open our bedroom door for Bently (our youngest for legged child) and he will go in there and go to bed for the evening. It's warm in the rest of the house but in our room it's cool because we keep a window open...so the dogs love sleeping in there and don't really settle for the night until we open that door and let them in...hahahaha...have a great day!! Hugs from Norway :-)
My first border collie wouldn't go to bed (she slept in the shower) until one of us asked, "Abby, isn't it time for you to go to bed?" Then she'd go to the shower and curl up.
Telling her to go to bed didn't work. She had to be asked.

Just like our children, they're so precious when they are sleeping. :-)
