Lo and Behold, when I walked up to the post office door there came a blogging friend, Anita of Blue Country Magic. "Let's go to lunch", she suggested, and so being near the noon hour we did just that and what a great time of girl catch up type conversation we had. I didn't take any photos because it deserved to be an uninterrupted visit since we had not gotten together in a couple of month. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing Anita.
Then it was off to PZAZ just down the street where the lovely Erica cut and hi-lited my mop of hair which, according to the Christmas card photo my camera had captured over the week-end said, "Jeez, Di! (Why do photos ALWAYS reflect the ugly truth?) You need to do something with this MESS.
And so it was a marvelous Monday and I look and feel like a million bucks now..... Now if only I could lose that extra twenty pounds (more ugly truth) that also showed it's flabbiness in the Christmas card photo I would never, ever, ever ask for one more thing.
*Except for a sewing machine... *

I like your cookie jar! It's so cute. Cookies are my weakness. I wouldn't be able to stay away from them either!
I really enjoyed seeing you! It was a like a present. Tanya, we ate at Bellacino's. Not creative but it was close by.
