Oh, to be a performer!

So, yes, we did take a new Christmas card photo with the monkey tree as our backdrop right after I had weighed myself and said, "ugh".  Five lovely pounds have found their way to my mid-section since Thanksgiving and there are still months to go before these winter months of eating to keep the inner heat going are done.  Even Hubby has been cold the past two weeks and that's not at all like him.  Must be all the rain we have had this year and the higher humidity.

And it certainly doesn't help when Hubby makes a truck load of fudge either!  Thank goodness he took an SUV size load to the office with him today, but there's still a small  sports car load of it for us to finish off.

My pants are so tight I can barely breathe.

But the good news is that soon I will be large enough to be a performing arts dancer with these guys.

I have a lot to do today so plan to be away from my computer most of the day. Real life requires that I actually get up out of this chair today and tend to a few to-do's. I know... hard to believe huh. Here's our favorite marble game that you can play while I'm gone.

Yikes! I watched the film..and picture this. I just had this horrendous surgery. A dark ugly scar from the top of my belly button, around it and down to my pelvic bone. Ok? Then a cross cut of about four inches! (Thank God I didn't wake up!) When I am standing up it looks like my tum is screaming for help but suddenly died on the spot! Now, imagine that painted ....never mind. I'm freaking out here just thinking about it. SOB!

Your header is...amazing! Secondly, no, firstly, SO is the fudge! :)
Merry Christmas, Di!

Sounds cold back there...I mean really cold. Probably good I don't live back there...but darn..it is sooo pretty..

That's some good-lookin' fudge. Yum.

The fudge made my mouth water and all I have to quench this sweet tooth is popcorn. Ugh! Better make my grocery list so I can make some fudge.

Nice photo at the end there. And dang, someone gave me a whole box of homemade fudge today, and chocolate covered graham crackers (my favorite). I can feel your pain!
