This Just In

Fourteen inches on the ground.  It stopped snowing at 9 AM so Hubby is out playing on his tiny John Deere tractor pushing the snow around.  This should keep him busy for HOURS!  LOL

Hope everyone in snow country is safe, warm and dry this week-end before Christmas.

We have 19.5 inches! My husband still hasn't made it home from Roanoke; he worked last night, and it's almost 11 a.m. He has made it as far as the barn but my driveway has proved a challenge.

Wish we were there with our sleds.

Your hubby needs a snow thrower attached to the front of his tractor! That's a lot of snow Di!

From what I recall last year you only had a few inches, is that right? It's heading our way and they still aren't sure how much snow we'll get. It should be pretty though!

Yes.... Hubby said today that he needs a thrower. This is just such a rare snow. Had not snowed this much since 2003 from what I understand. Actually he needs a larger tractor, but thats BIG BUCKS $$$$$

We're still in the midst of a full-blown blizzard here in Maryland. No idea how many inches are on the ground so far but it's well over a foot of snow already. I was out a few hours ago and the drifts are amazing!

How fun!!! I was wondering how you were doing as I watched the news w/all the snow reports.
It was EIGHTY here the last two days. I ate dinner outside in a t-shirt overlooking the water last night. I do think a blizzard would be fun though.
