Computer Malfunctioning

No.  It's not that 'blue screen of death' that Windows users experience.  It's just my iMac upgrading Safari.

Should take about 1 minute.

Okay.

Completely painless, as always.

Let the Blogging resume.

Wondering if there's an upgrade that cleans up your desk in one minute?

I once heard that computers are supposed to simplify and organize our lives but I can't seem to find the program for that.  Maybe I'm just pushing the wrong button.

*taps foot and waits for it*

The more time I spend on my computer the messier my house seems to get.  Anyone else having this problem with their computer just not doing the job?  Stupid thing won't dust, won't sweep or vacuum, won't do dishes or laundry, won't buy groceries or feed the dog, have sex with the Husband,  make the bed, pick up socks from floor, scrub the toilets.  In fact it won't do a THING!

I think I need a refund from Apple.

Heh! True, true, true....

Just last night I tried to post a comment on your blog and something was going crazy with my computer. I just unplugged it and that seemed to work. I do run all the anti virus programs, etc. but I think it was Internet Explorer acting up.

I am very, very sorry to hear about your dog. We get so close to our pets and it is beyond difficult to lose one.

I have not been doing much blogging this summer so I have not kept up with people. But I was extremely saddened to read about your dog.

Take care and thanks for stopping by my blog -- though I confess I am not doing many posts these days.

On my facebook page today it says, "my desk looks like a bomb went off... I kinda like it."

Need I say more? And - seriously - I will not EVER admit to how much crap I had to move out of the way to get to the keyboard in order to TYPE that on my facebook page....

I totally understand.

My computer definitely need to get its butt in gear and do some cleaning. I think it has been spoiled by too much attention.

Wish my computer would at least run the vacuum! Great post, Di.

My sentiments exactly. I love those photo shoots in the magazines of just a simple little notebook computer on a clean desk with a little vase of flowers. Uh huh, right!

OK, I must comment on this... hope I don't offend anyone! Now I agree that the jobs I'd like the computer to simplify are the household stuff. Now when it comes to sex? I'd rather take care of that myself! If the dang 'puter would do the other stuff I'd have time for that other FUN thing! I don't think that is a chore - sorry! lol

Darn computers...just can't get them to do those chores. And damn...you reminded me that it didn't get to the laundry today. Now I have to go and get it done. Sigh!

I have found a great device for cleaning off my desk: the side of my arm! One swift swoop!

When you find a computer that does all those things will you let me know?

My computer offers a solution to that problem. It's called iBlindfold.

My computer desk just gets more and more messy with each day. Unlike you, I'm too afraid to take a picture of it.

Sorry about your dog. It's why I won't get another one. Too hard to lose your best friend.

Ummm..... I'de leave a meaningful comment but I gotta go do the laundry and dishes.

I am just going to copy Karen and say I would leave a meaningful comment, cause I just love her comment. But I can't leave a meaningful comment cause my back has been in the malfunctioning mode and I have been doing a whole dang lot of whining, moaning, and bitching which has left no energy for commenting. I do understand your frustration over the computer not doing one constructive dang thing.

I just became a follower of your blog...but my little rosebud icon seems to have disappeared so you will only see me follow in silhouette.
I have been laughing and loving your blog. I had to leave a comment on this post because just last night I had a conversation with my computer about the fact it's just not helping out around the house! We were told computers would make out life easier...I'm waiting! Thanks for the good laugh. I'd love you to stop by and say hello.
