Sometimes you know that Mom and Izzy have gone upstairs.
and that you are all alone on the main floor of the house,
but you've played so hard out in the yard all day,
and you just can't get the gumption up to climb the stairs one more time.
and you try to open your eyes and smile for the camera,
but it's all just too exhausting.
It's just easier to drop and take 40 winks wherever you are.
Now I know how Mom feels at HER AGE
and why I sometimes find her asleep on the stairs.

Rowdy is such a sweetheart....he is just tuckered out! Sometimes the carpeted stairs can be a great place to take a siesta!~Patti
