This is a photo from the Meetup 2.0 luncheon attended by all these happy faced people.
You see, I do get out into the real world sometimes and away from my computer.
My first order of business was to stop in at a cemetery yesterday and take some photos for FindAGrave.com. I know, kind of a weird thing to do, but it sure makes their loved ones' day to see a place they were not able to visit for the funeral, or to see that the headstone they just paid a fortune for a thousand miles away was indeed installed. I am happy to do them this service.
Now, for those of you who have disappeared from Facebook and into the Pinterest Vortex Of No Return,
I just want to say 'Hello' here today.. you know,
just to see if I get a response.
*sees Pinterest Heads popping up everywhere*
I joined Pinterest today, but WARNING... you will not see me there much. That Vortex is much to deep and strong for me.

Ha! Good luck with that...I said the same thing about Pinterest, but now I'm eating my words! Love the inspiration you can create with boards over there.

that's a big group! i love that you do find a grave....i do it too, being that i am a huge genealogy nut, it's a very useful tool and i've had people get photos of my ancestors graves and it's kind of fun have a actual reason to tromp through these old cemeteries...i take the kids with me and we all split up...usually they find it first, i'm kind of lame at it lol
I am loving on Pinterest as well.
What I love the most is how you can organize 'things to check out' to awesomely.

I take Find a Grave photos, too!! I've also requested some from cemeteries in other states. It's so cool!
