Woke Up This Way

My braces are coming along nicely.
The bottom teeth are no longer criss-crossed.

But, due to being an old woman my gums have started to recede which is leaving spaces next to my gums between my upper front teeth,
so she has had to do some re-shaping so that those teeth can be drawn closer together.

The gaps should close nicely, and we are on target to be done sometime in mid to late June.
As for the boo boo on my lower lip....the orthodontist is not responsible for that.... I think Hubby may have knocked me with his elbow while sleeping.... *sigh*
Better the lip than to have had these expensive teeth knocked out.  He's a wild man these days when he dreams at night, legs running, arms flailing.
Anyone have a  baseball catcher's head gear I can wear tonite?
You know..... one with a cage on the front.

Preferably in pink.

Looking good!
So, are you positive that your Husband hits you while he sleeps or should I suggest a hotline for you to call. C'mon, be honest.

Its amazing what they can do with teeth now, you teeth are looking great! It will be the best feeling when you get them taken off.

I am the one that kicks and moves when I sleep, hubby is fearful as when I had my cast on my leg, I threw my leg over his lower torso in the middle of the night and he woke up in shock rather quickly with a very high pitched voice. That is when he moved me to the guest bedroom till I healed.

Lookin' good!! I had the old person gum surgery a couple of years ago to fix receding gums. Love the wisdom of age. Not so fond of the physical effects...

Teeth look great, Sis. You have been a trooper to go through all that.

That's cute. The teeth are looking great. I had my "old lady" braces removed in June. Hope you stay on schedule!

I thought it in 5th grade and I still think it now: Braces look cool.

Watch out for that swinging sleepy guy!

You are looking dapper and dashing in your red and pink and beautiful smile. I bet you are excited to be in the finish line with those braces.

BTW, I like "your look" best when you wear "your hair and hats." Lookin' sooo good!

I'm impressed that you're doing that. I hated my braces when I had them as a teen; not sure I would do it again.

I don't dare try to wake up Shane -- he usually starts swinging first, and asks questions later.
