You Are NOT 16 Yet

Poor Rowdy.  Here he is searching high and low for Hubby who had gone around the side of the house, in the garage door and put the garage door down.  Rowdy had been on the front porch but by the time he got around to the garage the door was down, so he came back out front in search of Hubby and then led me around to the side gate to let him into the backyard where he also searched frantically for the man that he loves.

By the time he got in the doggie door, through the garage and into the house, Hubby had already come out the front door and was on the porch.

This is a dog on the go!
He'd drive if I let him,
just go go go,
but he's not 16 yet so giving him the keys is out of the question.

I did however take him for a ride out the driveway and up and down the street so he could stick his head out the window and feel the wind between his overbite.

Haha, we did not allow our human child to get her license until she was twenty.

Buddy's not allowed to ride with his head out the window because the back windows only go halfway down and he leans against them so hard I'm afraid he'll break one. He is not happy about that! Molly couldn't care less because she falls asleep as soon as she climbs in.

That is so funny! My dog does that but so does my tuxedo cat, Miss Cleo! If she happens the see the cat carrier, she gets her mind set on going for a ride and will stay in the carrier for hours. Usually, if I have to make a quick trip to Walmart or gas station, etc., I'll take her with me. She loves it. She rode on the dashboard of my car from West Virginia to Fort Smith, Arkansas. She absolutely loved it. Aren't the fur babies such a hoot?

Love your landscaping.

Our dogs LOVE to go for a ride. We can't even say the word or they will start whining! I'm pretty sure Misty would try to drive, Quinn would want a chauffeur...

I fully expect Rowdy to be taking driving lessons before too long.

So silly! But I can totally relate to the dog-man relationship. It's amazing. :)

How cute is that?!! Rowdy is definitely one cool dude. And mama was so kind as to give him a ride.

nothing beats a car ride. I had a chocolate lab that loved car rides so much that if you left the car door open he would jump in and refuse to get out until you took him for a ride.

That's funny. :) I'd do the same thing--to make him happy, you know? Life is too short not to make the dog happy.
