Seeing The Light

My windows are extremely dirty and I've been 'suggesting' to Hubby for months that 'We' need to get them cleaned.

They are tilt in windows so I can do the bottom windows inside and out by myself, but the top ones I cannot support the weight of in my hands as I tilt them inward to clean them.

 Today is the day!

Now I can see the light, and the contrails over the mountain!!

And at last the sun shines!

Window cleaning is overdue here.

It's amazing how long those contrails
can last. We had pilots making X's last week.

I have the same kind of windows and the same problem that you have. I love clean windows but they sure don't stay clean for long. It's nice to see the blue skies and the sun shining in....especially during the winter. ~Patti

I have the same problem. I can't handle the top ones. But it is nice when they are clean.

I miss the windows that are easy to clean. Ours are super old and the glass is wavy. They are cool, but really hard to clean.

SO many many many window panes at This Old House. Love the look, not the cleaning.

My windows are filthy but I'm using the excuse that I'm leaving them that way to save the birds

I just noticed a wee trail of nose prints across my kitchen windows the other day. They looked about Grace-high. Grrrrr.....
