WHO Wants Snow

Who wants tiny snow falling on their blog?

"I DO I DO I DO", they all shouted.

It's easy to add so don't get all shook up and think you are going to break something just to get it added, K?

First go to this page..... It's the Spice Up Your Blog blog.

Now, scroll down to the Add To Blogger thingie that looks like this....

and click on it... not here, silly... on the Spice Up Your Blog page.

Then,

a page that has this next image on it comes up.

Click on the little blue up and down arrow and select which one of your blogs you want the effect on.

Then

Type in a title so that you can find it on your sidebar after the holidays to delete the widget.  I titled mine 'Snow Effect'.

Next,

click on Edit Content

See the script in the box?

Use your cursor and hilite that entire script and then go to the top of your computer screen and hit 'copy'.

Now.... go to your blog, go up top and click on 'DESIGN'.

Then click on 'Layout' over on the left hand column.

Somewhere on that page it should say in small blue letters.

Add a Gadget

Click on it.

Then scroll down to HTML/Java Script and click the plus sign to the right of it.

In the little box that says 'Title', type in Snow Effect.

Then in the box below it place your cursor and go to the top of your computer and click 'Paste'.  

The script should then appear in that box.

Click the Orange SAVE 

Now, go back to your blog... view it and the snow should appear on your blog shortly.  

I know it sounds like a whole lot of steps but give it a try... you can't mess things up if you follow this step by step.

P.S.  I tried to do it per the instructions on the Spice Up Your Blog by clicking where she has the blue widget icon, but it wouldn't work for me... so if my instructions sound a bit convoluted, that's why.
