Just going to close my eyes and get through this day.
And then I'm going to go eat a big, fat, huge, juicy, disgusting, bad for me bacon and guacamole with onions cheese burger because I'm so hungry I could eat my arm off.
Good luck today! And, don't eat your arm... I'm sure you'll need it for something later, like for holding that big, fat, huge, juicy, disgusting bad for you burger with the fixins', lol!
sometimes you just gotta do it! where do you get that monster from? a few weeks ago i got a big mac...it was delish...hadn't had one in a couple of years!
The worst is over if you managed to drink that vile stuff and keep it down. And why are you driving yourself? Aren't you going to need someone to drive you home or to the hamburger place?
late to the party as usual! I see a few others wanted to know too if you drove yourself????? You know, it was ALL worth it for the most fabulous nap of my life (and the fact they caught a HUGE not great polyp in time! yeah!) Good luck!!
I think that is the hard part of the whole procedure.....not being able to eat anything but a popsicle or icky broth...yuck....and just the fact that you "can't" eat anything is awful. Of course, once the prep starts you don't even want to think about food. When my husband had his colonospopy a few years ago as soon as he was done we had to go to Denny's for a Grand Slam breakfast! Yep, he was hungry dude! ~Hugs, Patti

It's a well known fact that anything is better with guacamole added onto it. Send me a piece of it next time.
