The days have felt a bit like this in our house.
Quiet.
Peaceful.
Still.
Somewhat grey.
Bordering on the dark and mysterious.
Outdoors it's the same, minus the mysterious.
All is calm as if something is on the way to us, but we're not sure what.
The bunny seems to know.
And the daffys are already saying, "SPRING".
Should they bloom there is still a good chance they will be dumped on by a winter storm because February and March are like that.... always full of surprises.
We have 50 and 60 degree temps on the calendar for later this week. Insane!

Crazy insane . . . it must last, I am enjoying these sun shine days of JANUARY . . . in michigan . . .
I can't believe your daffodils are sprouting!
Enjoy!!
Love the bunny statue!
Poor Daffs! I know how you love them. Maybe they will be spared?
Wow, I'm surprised they're coming up. Mine are all still dormant, as far as I know.
That's WAY ahead of schedule!
Crazy weather is now the norm. Sad but true.
Love the bunny!!
I can't believe your daffs are up! We have two feet plus of snow but even up here by Canada we are expecting 50s later in the week...crazy.
Oh my. That picture is scary this time of year! Poor daffys. I haven't been out to see if mine are up, I shall have to take a look.
Nice photos ! I am looking forward to spring now . My daffs are doing the same all though it may be the end of them if we get more snow . Who knows mother nature has a weird way of things lol ! Have a good day !
Yes indeed..there are lots of bulbs poking thru..Way too early..
Daffodils? Already?? Spring? We just had Christmas. :)
It's warm here too but don't worry about those duffs...they love the cold if it comes!....:)JP
holy smokes, daffodils poking up through the ground in January, that's crazy
They're calling for 63 in Philly on Sunday... In January!!! Insane indeed! I have one set of daffs up too, silly ambitious little guys:@)
Insane AND scary. Here in the western U.P. of Michigan we only have a few inches on the ground. I can run out in my sandals to fill the feeders or dump my compost bucket and not even get my socks wet. This can't be good.
