Our home is being viewed today, a walk-thru by the family who has shown an interest in purchasing it, so I am busy with last minute preparations, ie: cleaning and scrubbing and a trip to Goodwill to rid our closets of a few things before they arrive.
As a show of faith to those of you who visit here each and every day and also those of you who are new to my blog, I will be
e-mailing a copy of the above photo,
*sans my name scrawled across it*
for you to print and frame should you want. Just e-mail me if you have interest. I also have other photos of the vintage typewriter available and they are $10.00 each.
Remember that it's not nice to steal anyone's photos unless it's to be used in an artful means as a surprise for them, otherwise it is internet theft.
It's raining outside.
Enjoy this day.
Live life to the fullest.
Muah!
I'll be back.

Love that old typewriter . . . hope the "taking a look" day goes well!
I'm sure the place is spiffy already. And I'm sure they want the place--why else would they ask about it?
I'm just sad that I never got to camp out in the little house in the back. :(
Selling a house is always a tense challenge. I wish you a speedy resolution!
ahem...did i miss something? are you moving? did he find something somewhere else?
You will have your Spring cleaning done and it's still Winter!!
Good luck with the house my new friend. I hate that showing process. I just want someone to say, "Love it" and then buy it without asking any more questions...lol. What am I saying...moving is the worst! I bought this house 18 months ago so the experience, as well as the anxiety over spending a million $ is still right here. (pointing to lump in throat) Great typewriter! I just used mine to type out all my good mail letters to my pen pals. How did the secretaries ever use those things?
Taking a look? I thought the previous owners were going to buy it back....:)JP
Love the pic! Ick..moving! I didn't realize you were in that process. Perhaps I haven't been around enough lately! Good luck with the walk through!
Hope it goes well today!
good luck with the house-viewing; just might be 'the ones' out to buy your house. The old typewriter is where I started 'way back'
When you're done there you can come over and clean my house if you want...lol
Muah, to you too!
Selling a home is so difficult! I remember it well. I will never have to do it again in this lifetime, thank heavens! Yours should be an easy sell. It look nearly brand new. Good luck!
It's such a lovely home...good luck.
So have you decided on a retirement destination? Hope the viewing goes well. Love the typewriter!
