They Stink

I took these a couple of days ago after our three inches of snow hit overnite.

They aren't worth swooning over, so please don't.
In fact they stink.

But I'm sick and I don't care.

Poor Daffodils. Hopefully you will have some at your new place. I wonder if they have any bulbs planted.

I agree. Daffodils smell really foul in a big bunch. Definitely a case where fewer are better!

I hope you recover soon!

Still sick???! Aw, gees. I hope you get better soon, Di!

It's hard for those poor spring flowers--they don't know if it's gonna be warm or snowy. :( I hope they survive.

I'm sorry you're still sick. Perhaps you'll turn the corner and have a chance to enjoy at least a bit of this weekend's nice weather.

I think the cold is actually better for the daffs. We had a warm winter last year and mine were stunted. And yes, they smell a little wicked.

Feel better soon. I'd bring you some chicken soup if I could!

Jane
